For years, I abandoned parts of myself in order to belong.

I learned to be who others needed me to be. I silenced my intuition, questioned my truth, and spent years searching for answers outside of myself.

Life eventually invited me into a different path.

Through adoption, divorce, grief, family estrangement, spiritual awakening, leaving the Mormon church, health challenges, and profound personal transformation, I discovered something that changed everything:

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming who you've always been.

Today, I help women reconnect to themselves through astrology, embodiment, energy healing, Human Design, and transformational coaching.

I don't help women become someone else.

I help them remember who they are.
